Paragon Engineering designs custom robot pedestals for collaborative robots (cobots) and industrial robots, engineered to meet structural, anchoring, and integration requirements. Pedestals are designed in-house and fabricated through trusted manufacturing partners.

Standard Designs and Sizing
Most collaborative robot pedestals are supported within a standard design platform and can be fabricated to your specified height up to 48 inches.
For larger industrial robots or pedestal heights exceeding 48 inches, please contact us for a custom quotation.
Customization Options
Pedestals can be customized to meet your application requirements. Common options include:
- Controller or control cabinet mounting
- Kick-plate base with casters for mobility
- Keyway designs for quick pedestal removal and replacement
- Structural or mounting features
Anchoring & Hardware
Concrete anchor recommendations specific to your application are provided as part of the design.
Anchor hardware and robot mounting hardware can be included in your quote upon request.
Design & Fabrication
All robot pedestals are engineered in-house. Fabrication is performed by our trusted manufacturing partners to ensure quality and consistency.
All pedestals are supplied with either a painted or powder-coated finish by default. Standard, in-stock colors are available at no additional cost. Please contact us for custom color requirements.
Project Deliverables
Each pedestal project includes:
- 3D CAD model for layout integration (STEP or IGES format)
- 2D assembly drawings with anchor specifications, hardware BOM, and installation instructions
- Production-ready robot pedestal
